LA POTENZA'S DMX IS A BEAST!!!

This weekend was super cool. We drove to a Dog Show in California! Madison and The sweet pea were flown out. Sweet Pea first flight.

Madison in her true form showed extremely well as she always has! It felt like old times for me. Spending a Saturday watching her get the best out of the dogs.

Before my show friends start to frown and ask no this wasn't a AKC, UKC, or Sanctioned show. They put a corso show together to get as many people to come out and participate and enjoy themselves as possible. Some things where frustrating when you are used to a certain structure for dog shows.

I found the beauty in it instead of tearing a great attempt to bring a dog community together down. They wanted feedback on what could be done better and went out there way to welcome us for traveling so far!

Needless to say I stepped in the ring after so many years and won the best of show with DMX. He has never shown before besides in the yard. 😂 Several practices and Madison Griffin direction we made it through...

Very thankful to Christopher Hicks for encouraging us to go and showing his dogs as well. Good solid weekend with the family!
