EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!

As some of you are aware there is a new respiratory influenza virus going around that can be fatal to your fur babies. This is a new virus that we don’t know a lot about other than it’s very contagious and can be fatal. We are taking extreme measures in the shop to ensure that all fur babies are protected and safe. We are using odoban on our floors, crates, and grooming tools. Between each fur baby our cates will be shut down for 20 minutes to disinfect. HERES WHERE THE CHANGE IS: All fur babies “MUST” have verification of BORDETELLA and DISTEMPER vaccinations as well as RABIES! If your fur babies have been boarded within the past 30 days, we ask that you do not bring them in for Atleast 2 weeks after being boarded. If your fur baby is showing ANY signs of coughing or runny nose please do not bring them in and put other fur babies at risk. Also, if your fur baby has a collapsed trachea or heart issue that causes them to cough, we will also need that verification for your Vet.

We apologize for this inconvenience but keeping your fur babies safe is our first priority and we hope you understand.

NOTICE:
First of all, we LOVE all our Blessed Paws fur babies. Seeing them makes our hearts happy! As much as we love seeing your fur babies, we ask that if your dog has fleas PLEASE make sure they are treated and fleas are gone before they come in for a bath or grooming. We have had an increase in the past 2 weeks of dogs coming in with infestations. This adds A LOT of extra work on us cleaning the shop and using strong chemicals to prevent spreading. ATTENTION: There WILL be extra charges with dogs coming in with fleas and you will be asked to come back and pick them up immediately!
