*At age 25 became a working student for Gail Hoff-Carmona, gaining valuable experience working with young horses
*Has been selected to participate in the Hasslers’ Young Horse Trainers Symposium
*Worked for Micha
el Barisone, with the opportunity to train and show upper level horses to Intermediate I
*Managed Hampton Green Farm in Wellington, FL
*Managed Lendon Gray’s Winter Intensive Training (WIT) Program in Wellington, FL
*Has trained young horses through the FEI levels including Grand Prix
*Has trained junior riders to become FEI Young Riders, and Young Riders to become successful professionals
*Has also ridden with Bo Jenna, Alex Chterba, Tom Dvorak, Lars Petersen, Scott Hassler, Lendon Gray, Eiren Crawford, Michael Poulin, and Allison Brock
*Jaime now has a thriving business in Millstone, NJ. In addition to competing, she has coached many of her students to success in the show ring, and she also has many happy clients who just want to have fun with their horses at home. Jaime enjoys teaching riders of all levels, and she has a passion for helping her students set and achieve goals, whether those goals are large or small.

*Started riding dressage at age 8, has been training with Jaime since 2005

*Qualified for USDF Region 1 FEI Young Rider Team in 2010
*2010 ESDCTA Year End Jr/YR Intermediate I Champion
*2013 ESDCTA Intermediate I Open Champion, after successfully rehabilitating her horse from an injured suspensory
*2016 ESDCTA Training Level Open Reserve Champion
*2016 ESDCTA Year End Training Level Open Champion
*2017 ESDCTA Second Level Open Champion
*2019 Dressage at Devon 4th Place 3 Year Old Materiale Championship
*Has successfully competed in year-end championships from Training Level through FEI while training with Jaime
*Has gained experience training young horses and giving them their first show experience
*While training with Jaime, Melissa has also had the opportunity to take lessons with Allison Brock, Michael Barisone, Michael Poulin, Lendon Gray, Eiren Crawford, Lars Petersen, Scott Hassler, and Heather Mason
*Melissa graduated from Rutgers University in January 2011 with a degree in Animal Science, concentrating in Equine Science, and a Minor in Spanish
*Melissa has a passion for teaching. After many years of experience teaching students of varying skill levels, she still genuinely enjoys working with beginner students of all ages, as well as experienced riders who are new to dressage.
