We are thankful for kitty glow ups. Fawn is one of the farm kittens that arrived in bad shape. She and all of the farm kittens needed medical care for quite some time, which included oral medication administered with syringes.

Luckily, Fawn went into foster care with Rayelle and Martin Walters, and continued to grow healthy and strong, until she was adopted this September.

Mona Lisa was very sick when she left our Village. Again, we are very grateful for Debbie and Angel Wings Kitty Sanctuary for all they did for this sweet girl.💗

We have 6 friendly adults that were found outside that could use foster/rescue.

Lauren -from a colony by our HQ where 5 friendly cats and kittens have been dumped in the last month.😩. Lauren has severe URI but is as sweet as can be. 🩷

St. Nick - found at a property for the last couple of weeks. He was unfixed and no microchip. He’s extremely sweet.💚

Toad - shy but very sweet man. He’s really coming out of his shell. 🩵

Luigi - adorable boy who is super sweet. 🧡

Mario - handsome man who loves people 💛

Bowser - just wants pets 🤎

All 6 are located in South Jersey.

We are thankful when hungry cats go into the trap to begin their TNVR journeys.

Small paper food boat trays are a trapper’s friend because the design of the boat tray does not impede on the trigger like other containers can. Boat trays are also great for feeding cats in the shed, and apparently, for taking naps when you’re a small kitten.

Lisa became Mona Lisa and was very sick. Her clinic paperwork noted she had yellow fat. She recovered at our HQ, went to foster with Ellen and off to rescue with Angel Wings Cat Sanctuary. She had a lot of health issues and Debbie gave her the best care. Mona Lisa is now waiting for her forever home.

And this little farm kitten has been adopted.🥰🎉

We are thankful for patience and forgiveness. When Roo escaped her trap because it wasn’t properly secured, no one pointed fingers.

Allison here - it was me! I forgot to secure Roo’s trap with a zip tie, and she escaped into the shed. Don’t worry, she was retrapped. (It happens to the best of us😂).

Zip ties may seem out-of-place on our Amazon list, but they are vital to securing trap doors, so savvy cats like Roo can’t take a stroll around the shed.

25 DAYS OF CATMAS 🎄 🥰❤️

For the next 25 days we will be posting 1 of our cats each day in hopes of getting everyone home for the holidays!

Day 1 we have Stevie!!

We have NO IDEA why Stevie is still with us! This 7 month old little guy is so friendly, loving, playful….

He gets along GREAT with cats and has met a few dogs in his time and doesn’t care one bit! He would make an amazing member to any family!

As always- Stevie is fully vetted and microchipped. His eye is just something he was born with, but there are no present concerns pertaining to his health.

This afternoon we found out about 2 new kittens at the colony by our HQ.😭

Our friends Sean and Diane were able to contain one and get him to us. Introducing Cloudy.☁️ They are back at there trying to get the sibling. Hopefully we will have him/her contained by tomorrow.

We are pretty sure he was dumped. He’s friendly and clean.🥺

We are so thankful for Sean and Diane for feeding, cleaning up after and keeping and eye on this colony.

We are thankful for our rescue partners and their dedication to pulling cats like Hawk.

Hawk came to the Village with a missing eye, injured front leg, hypothyroid, severe URI, and a mouth full of dental issues. He was originally scheduled to be returned, but he couldn’t go back until he was healthy enough.

Hawk started off as an old grump, but lo and behold, time revealed that under his rugged exterior, Hawk was a friendly boy, who loved to relax in cat enclosures. Where many cats use cubes and tents to decompress, others just think they are comfy places to relax.

After an extended stay with the Village, Hawk went to rescue in September. Shortly after, poor Hawk passed, but he did so experiencing love and compassion.

Hawk is one of many friendly cats that have been pulled. Simply put - we could not do this without our rescue partners. Thank you!

Thank you Tamari for being the first brave person to pet Hawk and realizing he was handleable, Debbie at Angel Wings for keeping him comfortable until the very end and making sure we received a paw print in clay after he passed, to Lindsey Rigali for naming him, Nancy for trapping him and our entire Village for loving him.

A lot of these memories are making us tear up reminiscing about some of the cats that we’ve helped but Hawk was definitely one of the cats that needed our Village the most. We still miss this sweet boy and so sorry he suffered for so long before he got help.

We remember everyone rallying around him and sending his favorite expensive food. We are so honored to have been his advocate and voice. This Thanksgiving is the 2 year anniversary of when we found him.

We are opening up our pet portraits again for a limited time. Orders can be placed until November 30th. The portraits will make a wonderful Christmas gift. 

Deb Frano has graciously volunteered her time and services to do colored pencil sketch portraits of your pet. Each portrait will be 11 x 14 then placed in a mat. The cost is $50 for one pet or $75 for two pets in a picture. Pictures used must be clear in order to get the best sketch. Payment will be made with PayPal to [email protected] (friends and family ONLY). Please ONLY put “ Portrait Donation” in the notes section of the PayPal and nothing else . Please note that this is my personal account and at the end of the fundraiser all money will be given to the Village Trappers. Pick up will be at my home in Vineland. Sketches will be done in the order that they are received so please be patient. Once you have made payment, you need to email me your photo at [email protected]. Please note that my PayPal address and my email address are different.

Please also comment here once you have sent payment and emailed the picture so I know to pass it on to Deb.

It’s very hard to get good pictures of these boys. They are always moving and want attention and affection.🥺

Mario, Luigi, Bowser and Toad were being fed and sheltered at an apartment complex. Management removed feeding stations and houses.

Their feeder reached out for help and we asked for donations from our Village so that we could get them fully vetted.

They are all neutered, vaccinated and treated for fleas/ticks now. We are desperately seeking rescue for them as we just don’t have the space or manpower to hold them for an extended period of time.

We can get them combo tested upon rescue commitment. They can go as singles or in pairs.

They are currently being housed in Cumberland County, NJ.

The female at the property, Pumpkin Pie, is available for adoption at Animal Welfare Association in Voorhees.
