Hello everyone, I hate to do this but I am going to be implementing a last minute cancelation fee. Anything less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% cancelation fee.
I have had to many short notice cancelations that leave me with no time to fill the appointment spot and it's threatening my ability to stay in business.
I apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.
This will be implemented going forward. Thank you!
