Starting at the age of 6, Ceyda Sezer quickly developed an intense passion for the horse industry. Although not in one place for long, Ceyda learned her basics & fundamentals in the hunter and equitation disciplines, later adding onto her riding resume impressively. Quickly she found herself training with Olympic rider & the "founding father" of Hunt Seat Equitation, George Morris & Olympic rider,

Chris Kappler from 2004 to 2006 increasing her knowledge into Show Jumping. She would later find herself training with Olympic rider Anne Kursinski from 2006 to 2010. From 2013 to 2014, Ceyda took on training in Classic Dressage to expand her knowledge further with Michelle Gibson. Seven Hills Farm is an elite training facility for the serious Hunter, Jumper and Equitation riders. What a day it was! The morning started with New Beginnings and Ceyda finishing 🥈in the $10,000 National Derby, followed by SLF Furst Prince and Aleka winning the Championship in the huge 2’3 Ushja Hunter division, and topped off with Grandstand and Sidney earning a 🥇and 🥇in the Modified Juniors! Looking forward to the weekend!

New Beginnings and Ceyda finished up Reserve Champion in the First Year Greens and 🥇 in the Green Incentive class! We are so proud of how nicely this horse is coming along 👌🤩 Thanks for the cool clip!!

SLF Furst Prince, Wonderland, Grandstand, and New Beginnings continued their winning ways into our second week of Tryon Fall!

Donna and the perfect Furst Prince just missed reserve champion in the ever-competitive Low Adult hunters, coming in strong with an 88 to win the classic! We are so grateful to for allowing us to lease this ultimate schoolmaster and unbelievably proud of .beezhold for her successes with him.

Wonderland was reserve champion in the big 3’3” performance division. As always, we love this mare and thank for bringing her into our lives and further gratitude to for trusting her with our team.

Another sourced horse, Grandstand (not pictured), was beautifully consistent in the junior hunters with owner Sidney Couch. .eqq, your horsemanship and sportsmanship are just parts of what make you a joy to work with.

New Beginnings and our fearless leader, Ceyda, swept the over fences in the 3’3” greens and ended up champion! He nailed the derby once again resulting in a top five finish. Roanynotpony, you’re a rockstar.

What a banner week for New Beginnings, Grandstand, and the forever consistent Wonderland!!!

Sidney and her fabulous Grandstand won their junior hunter handy out of a very competitive field to top off their week of top placings in the medal and hunters. Side, we are beyond proud of your growth as a rider and horseperson and your ever growing connection with ‘Buckaroo’. So excited for this week!

Wonderland clocked around landing on the top three of every class she entered. We wrestled so greatly for this consummate professional and how much she loves her job. AlPal, you are our true unicorn.

Ceyda’s own New Beginnings has risen to the occasion time and again with the maturity of a much more seasoned horse; having his best derby placings yet! Merely one point separated the top two and Ceyda and Magic laid down a stunning two trips to secure second place in the National Derby. Sir Roanynotpony was did not drop below the top three placings all week. The drastic cold snap and showing in the covered were no problem and it has been so much fun helping Mag grow up into the starts he is swiftly becoming.

Thank you for a great two weeks!

Grandstand and .eqq were reserve champion our first week, winning their classic and ended up 7th in a hugely competitive junior hunter classic the second.

Wonderland and Ceyda were champion in the performance hunters the first week along with a win the second week in a big under saddle class.

SLF Furst Prince was, as usual, his wonderful and consistent self with .beezhold , narrowly missing a champion ribbon each week in the Low Adult hunters. We are so proud of this teams progress and success together so far!

Cover Story and Ceyda were super in USHJA with top placings.

And not to be left out, New Beginnings and Ceyda won the green incentive the first week and placed top ten in both the performance handy and the national derby the second week.

We are so excited to continue our successful summer shows!

Bucky, we love your goofy personality and phenomenal jump. Everyone who gets to be around you is so lucky to work with you and we just love watching your relationship with your kid grow.

Fabulous week at Tryon Spring 4 for our small but mighty group!
beezhold and the ever fabulous Furst Prince were champion in their hunter division! As always, thank you to for being so generous in sharing your unicorn.
eqq and Grandstand were consistent and gorgeous for reserve champion in the always competitive 3’3” junior hunters!

On the open days, Cover Story was his usual darling self and very consistent in his division, and his ‘sister’ Wonderland was reserve champion in the 3’3” performance. Both these wonderful horses are owned by and ridden by Ceyda Sezer.

And not to be outdone by his barn mates, Ceyda’s own New Beginnings scored an 89 in the first trip of the hunter derby! He ended up 5th out of a large and competitive field.

Thank you to everyone who makes this possible, including our barn dogs who tolerate our long days like troopers.

Tryon Spring was filled with champions from ! New Beginnings was not only champion our first week there, but WON the Green Hunter Incentive back to back weeks! Wonderland won all her open classes and scored highly with owner Madison Lakes both weeks. Cover Story was reserve champion the first week and champion the second in the very competitive A/O hunters AND the classic winner, also with Maddie. Sydney Couch piloted her Grandstand to champion in the USHJA open division and laid down beautiful trips in the medals and junior hunters both weeks, including being champion the first week out! Erika Fekete and her DMS Kings Rising made their one week of showing truly count had a fabulous move up to the 1.15 division. And Donna Beezold continues her winning ways with her new best friend SLF Furst Prince with a champion her first time in the Long Stirrup.

We appreciate our fabulous staff, Humberto and Omar, for keeping everything running on time, spending extra time with our horses, and being so organized and thoughtful. We were also lucky to have the help of Kaylee from our last week! As always, thank you to our lovely clients for the privilege to help with their fantastic horses!

Spring is the season for new partnerships! We are thrilled to congratulate .beezhold for her lease on SLF Furst Prince, our resident brown ! Starting their partnership off with a bang being champion last week!! Team are so excited for the rest of the year with these two.
