Olaf is around 2 years old, neutered, 55 lbs, and loves his people. He has mastered many commands and skills, sits patiently for his dinner, and is fully house & crate-trained.
His ideal next chapter consists of 1 or more humans that take him on a daily walk, endless treats for rewards when he shows off his tricks and skills, car rides, visits to cafe/ brew pub/ wine bar/ coffeehouse patios, and a cozy soft bed for long naps. He is not a dog park fan and will be best as a solo pup, or a second pup to a calm, stable dog friend bigger than him. Olaf can be nervous around other dogs and enjoys a calm environment.
Likes:
🎾BALLS and rope toys. He will entertain himself, or gladly play with his human friends.
🦮Walks, Hikes. Easy to put on/take off harness, very calm on the leash, and doesn’t pull.
🚙Car rides. Calm and quiet in the car, and enjoys watching the scenery.
🧩Stuffed Kongs and enrichment toys/puzzles.
🧠Training sessions. He LOVES his mini-training sessions, learning new skills and tricks and showing off for treats.
🧍♀️People. He’s not a “velcro” dog, but rather the buddy that follows his people and keeps them company as they do yard work, house projects, cook, clean, work on the computer, lounge on the couch, etc. He has been around kids 6-8 years old and did well.
🥩Food. Very food-motivated and patiently sits/waits for his meals and treats. He never steals food from tables or counters.

It was a wonderful Christmas for all❤️. Adoptables Theo, Harvey and Linus started the day with a special breakfast, followed by a holiday hike, presents and snuggling on the couch as the people watched Christmas movies. Frankie’s foster vacation- day 9: Frankie enjoyed laying on the outdoor couch in the sunshine this morning. He had a feeling today was going to be different, and he was right. His foster Mama is home!!! He was excited to see her and welcomed her with a BIG hug and kiss🥰. Frankie was an incredible house guest and we were so happy to have the opportunity to host him.
