Hello, My name is Vanessa Sampson! I am a nurse by trade and started making these little hand-sewn pieces about 4 years ago for my wedding invites! My goal was to create hair flowers that looked nicer than the ones in the stores -- you know, the ones where you can see the glued-together pieces? My hobby has quickly grown into a small business, mostly by word of mouth. It has been such a fun ride s

o far! My favorite pieces to make are hair clips, baby headbands, bridal pieces and dog collar flowers, but I receive custom orders for everything under the sun! In particular, most of my collections are shabby-chic or vintage. I just love the wonderment of where the fabric or buttons were used before they find their way to me! Although I will use just about any materials to make a flower, I especially love using vintage and retro fabrics, buttons, and brooches.
