We will have another round ready hopefully next week! We had quite a few heads come in right before/during the rut- so many that we had to order more degrease tanks! We can’t thank you all enough for all of the business, we are truly blessed. We are hoping to get more big groups heading out soon. Be on the look out 👀🦌

You could say it’s been a busy weekend.. 👀

Even with this big haul we are still on track with our usual turn around time. We implemented several new things this year on our end to ensure that taking in 40+ heads in a weekend wouldn’t mess with our turnaround around times, as that is one of our biggest priorities- as is making sure you have a properly degreased skull. Keep them coming everybody!

With that being said.. Iowa, it’s almost your turn for gun season! Get your orange ready- we can’t wait to have you all join the party! 🦌

This customer came to us and asked if we could hydrodip his deer head from last year and paint a hand of cards on the head. Of course we said yes!

Here’s the backstory:

This customer was hunting with his daughter when he killed this buck. They were playing “go fish” in the blind before this brute stepped out. Therefore, an A on one of the cards is for his daughter Adley, K is for Kevin, and the 2 and the 3 represent the year it was harvested. This is what it’s all about, folks! We love these kind of stories!

From our house to yours- we wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving! Today has given us a chance to reflect on just how grateful and thankful we are for all of the support we receive from each and every one of you. We are blessed with some of the greatest customers in the business!

The deer are rolling in just as fast as we can roll them out! Seems like the further we get into the season, the going trend this year is deer with a lot of character (3 main beams, stickers, “unicorn” horns)- we’ll be posting pictures of them soon. Friendly Reminder:

If you are bringing us a cape for our discount and giveaway contest- make sure you are caping the deer out down past the neck before you go to the CWD testing site. If you cape it down to where the neck is visible, they will be able to collect their sample and it will not ruin the cape.

Sorry we’ve been quiet and slacking with pictures- we’ve been busy taking in several different critters. Antelope, Boars, Bears, Bobcats, Elk, and of course- Whitetails! Some are easier to degrease than others, but man- we’re loving the variety!

We’ve taken in several whitetails this weekend from Missouri Rifle. With that being said, turn around times are still right on track with last year! We’ve implemented a few improvements this year to ensure our turn around time stays low, even with taking in more animals. This is one of our biggest priorities- along with preserving and maintaining the integrity of your trophy. We are grateful for all of you and can’t wait to hear more stories!
