Help needed

Yesterday we received several messages about this handsome boy, Clark. Clark is a friendly, extremely vocal siamese mix. Unfortunately, as you can see from the pictures he is going to need surgery, today if possible. The vet believes this injury may be a tumor or something got tangled around that part of his tail, like a strangulation injury. Hopefully he will be able to have his tail amputated today and begin the healing process. Hey we go again!!! We are hitting the road headed to the great northeast to deliver a van full of puppers and kitkats to their new families. The best part of rescue and transport is handing these babies over to their new moms and dads.

 we are looking for one or two people to foster some doodle puppies for approximately eight days. These puppies have a rescue up north that is eagerly awaiting them, but they need somewhere to lay their little heads until transport. Update. Wolfgang has been picked up from MedVet and is headed to another vet facility for a few days. Video in the comments.

Parvo is an insidious disease. Our sweet, playful Wolfgang is being treated for parvo at Med Vet. We raced him to Met Vet on Saturday afternoon after a bout of vomiting and bloody diarrhea left him lethargic and unwilling to eat or drink. Prior to this he seemed well, playing, eating and drinking. Although he had three sets of vaccines, he still contracted parvo.

We deeply appreciate the doctors and nurses at Med Vet for working so hard to save his life. He is better, but still not out of the woods. His intestinal tract is currently so inflamed he is unable to process food, and he is an extremely weak puppy.

Wolfgang’s bill (picture below) is projected to be approximately $2,500 or more. We want to give him every chance to live, but we need your help. We are an extremely small rescue and this is well out of our budget. Please donate below to help

FOSTERS NEEDED

Fun, excitement and pooper scooping all wrapped up in one wonderful adventure!! We are looking for a few short term puppy fosters. Our puppies are scheduled for transport, but need a place to hang out for 4-8 weeks, depending on age and health. If you are interested in fostering (kittens or pups) go to our website and let us know.

Donate to help a kitties freedom ride!!

The first transport of 2025 filled with 40 crates of beautiful cats and kittens and 6 crates of dogs hit the road today on their way to both adopters and rescue partners up north. Last year we made almost 30 trips north, giving hundreds of kitties and pups a second chance at their forever homes. We couldn't do this without our rescue partners
