April occupancy available for 3 horses, $380 per horse for full care. I'll make you a heck of a deal for self care or work-trade 😉

For April Occupancy, Bay Gelding Boarding has 3 stalls + paddocks available.
Acknowledging the current available amenities, stalls will be available to rent at $250/month + cost of hay. Grain can be fed but is not provided.
The hay I feed my personal horses (70% grass 30% alfalfa mix) runs $425 per ton, or ~$130 per horse per month (at 20lbs a day). E.O. Orchard is $435 a ton. Straight alfalfa is about the same. I'm willing to shop other options as needed.
Services provided at this time = feed & water 2xs a day, stall & paddock picked and cleaned 1x a day. 17 gallon water tubs provided. There will not be anyone on site during the day.
Partial care up for negotiation.

Bay Gelding Boarding LLC is located in Molalla, Oregon. We are a very small, private, low drama horse barn hosting 4 stalls for monthly rent.
Each 12x10 rubber matted stall includes a detached 30x40ft paddock with 10x10 Shelter Logic structure. The stall + paddock and trailer parking are what we currently have to offer, but we're just getting started...
By summer we'll have ~2 acres of pasture turn out and a 50x50 covered arena. We are also working on a washer / dryer and shower in the tack room. If we're really ambitious we'll have a 50ft round pen by fall. By Spring 2023 I'm hoping to have a fenced, groomed soccer field + sized grass riding area.
If you can't tell, I'm extremely excited. Most of these projects are really for Lil Ole Horse Crazy me (Kate, owner of Bay Gelding Boarding LLC) but I'm willing to share my fun and my facilities with a select few while I care for their horses as if they're my own.
