Just b/c we haven’t done an update on Savanna lately. She is still spoiled rotten, still insist on sleeping with me and demands attention when SHE wants it. Savanna’s other senses work very well, she can’t see but you can not slip anything by her. Don’t try to open cheese wrapper and not be prepared to give her a piece 🤣🤣

Hey guys, we had 8 cats spay/neutered this week and have 7 more going next week to be spay/neutered. Here’s the invoice for this week, next weeks will be close to the same amount. As you all know these expenses come out of pocket for us unless we receive help from our supporters.
5 of these cats do not belong to us, we are helping a lady that can not afford to pay for her cats to be fixed, they were strays to show up and she feeds them . Of course they had babies and the cycle will continue if not fixed. We are starting with the 5 adult cats and will move on to the babies.
We could use any and all help we can get. Although we receive a discount it still adds up quick. Please, if you can help we would GREATLY appreciate it , no amount is too small. Without help we can’t do what we do.

Posting again! WE ARE CLOSED TO INTAKES and no we are not aware of any rescues taking any cats or kittens in at the moment. I have said before that it absolutely breaks our hearts to have to say “no”. We want to help but at some point we have to draw a line or we will create even more problems for our selves and the cats in our care.
We receive multiple calls/message every single day even with post stating that we are closed to intakes. Rescuers are OVERWHELMED! They work tirelessly and people still ask for more from them. I don’t mean to sound hard hearted , believe me I am far from it , however I am tired of getting my heartbroken by having to turn you and your cat in need away.

Hey guys , here we are once again asking for donations to help refill the food supply. I know we sound like a broken record but it takes a lot to keep these cats fed and healthy. We go through roughly 14 bags of cat food a month. We pay out of pocket (we meaning my pocket), it has to be purchased with or without donations. We wouldn’t be able to do this without your support!! Catio #4 is done!!! We still have some things we want to do to improve but so happy to have this phase completed. The cats seem to be happy and that’s what matters!! We are in need of 1 more outside fan and some more coolaroo raised beds if anyone would like to help. Below is our amazon wishlist. We had a family reach out to us from Florida that are planning to move to NC. They were looking for something to get their daughter excited about the move and wanted to have her visit the cats here b/c she loves cats. Of course we welcome visitors with open arms. Today Emma came to Emma’s Piece of Heaven and the cats absolutely loved her. So now it’s not just my Emma’s piece of Heaven but it’s hers too. Funny they are both named Emma Grace ❤️ She said she liked it and wanted to come back. We look forward to her next visit.

It’s getting warmer!! The cats love to lay around outside and we have found they love laying in the sunshine on these cool beds. Cats like to be elevated off the ground. Our little purr box , Lucy Lou got to go to her new family today. We are so excited and we know she will have the life she deserves ❤️ We will definitely miss her but we know she has an amazing future with this wonderful family.

Clean up day in the catios. Threw out some old stuff , brought in new ( new to them) cat towers and added fresh straw to all the houses. Enjoyed some much needed time with the cats. Happy kitties ❤️❤️

Hey guys!! As much as I hate to ask for help b/c I feel like we are always needing something. Our dry food back up supply is down to none!! If you can or would like to help it would be greatly appreciated by us and the cats. Below is a picture of the food we use that does great with the cats bellies and they love it. Exciting day!!! The brother and sister kittens that we’ve been bottle feeding found their family today!! Little man in the red shirt dream came true, he gets his kitty. The boy kitty will live here in NC, the girl kitty will be going to live in NY but come back for visits with her brother ❤️❤️❤️ I couldn’t have dreamed for a better life for these precious babies. We will definitely miss them !!
