The City of Monroe is seeking artists to create two large-scale streetscape mural projects. One mural will be located in downtown Monroe's Art Alley, and the other will be at the entrance of the Louisiana Purchase Gardens & Zoo. We are looking for talented professionals to create murals that vividly capture and reflect the vibrant culture of our community.

🖌️These projects are funded by the National Main Street Center through the U.S. Department of Transportation's Thriving Communities Program. These projects are in partnership with Northeast Louisiana Arts Council
