PLEASE BE CAREFUL! If you see any ads on Craigslist for our apartments they will have the phone number 318-323-9685 if they are REAL. Right now there are crooks posting phony ads for our apartments claiming we have a move in special. We do not have any move in specials going on, and [email protected] does not and never has worked for our apartments.
Furthermore, if they attempt to get you to apply at any website other than LakewayApartmentsMonroe.com - do not do it. If you have any doubts, you can come to our office right here in town and fill out a paper application.

The West Monroe Police Department would like to let our citizens, who purchase items from the internet (Facebook swap sites, etc.)and would like a safe place that has 24 hour surveillance to meet to exchange, buy, or sell these items, that we now have designated spots in our parking lot. There are two spots, one facing the police department and one facing N. 7th St. We are providing these spots for our citizens to feel safe when they are buying, selling, or trading things from the internet and hope that our citizens will utilize it.
