I know it has been a long time but I wanted to share some current pictures of Banjo. He is thriving! His new family loves him and takes great care of him. I am so proud of this family and this dog.

Today it is official!! Belle is in her new forever home with another dog and a bunch of humans to love and be loved!!

Banjo has spent a considerable amount of time with his cousin dogs over the past month while his mom and dad went on their honeymoon and visited family out of state. He is a protector, friend, playmate and has a sweet soul! None of us humans could help but to fall in love with him!

Hello friends!! It has been forever since we posted an update on this amazing duo!!

Thanks to a herd of amazing humans, BOTH Banjo and Belle have been ADOPTED!! They are both here in Texas with their new families.

Banjo was adopted by the original couple that fostered them together from the start. Belle was adopted by her 2nd foster while waiting for her ride up north!! They fell in love with her and decided she needed to stay with them!

Thank you to all that prayed, cried, lost sleep and loved on these babies!!

So sorry for the long time in between posts. Lots of stuff going on in the human lives that are caring for these sweet babies.

Bluebell heads to NY in about a week. The sister rescue there is processing applications.

Banjo is learning to be a great family member. His foster parents got married and mom had surgery. He is staying with his cousin dogs back in Bentwater for the month of August.
We are having a blast watching him learn and play and thrive. He is a sweet boy!

Bluebelle is headed to a foster here locally this weekend!! Once she is done with her rapid kill heartworm treatment she will be heading to NY!! The duo is now $600 short in their account at Cypress Lucky Mutts Rescue. If you could please donate a few dollars we would really appreciate it!

Crate 0 -Banjo 2: banjo may be crate trained but he is not having any part of a crate the past couple of days. Good thing he has the best foster parents ever because they can monitor from anywhere and have a bunch of helpers that can intervene almost immediately 🙂.

I (Tami) just got to spend the evening with the famous Banjo! He is the happiest pup! He comes when called, he stayed right by his mom while we ate, he plays well with his sister and is very kind to her (respectful of her space).

He is a toy hoarder! He is still skiddish but brushes against you and allows you to touch him on his terms. His mom and dad can touch him no problem though. He showed off his new home and all of his toys.

I am so grateful that cypress lucky mutts was able to tag both these babies and send them to training. It would not have been possible without a bunch of people that didn’t know one another working together as a team, with these pups best interest in mind!!

Friends were made, dogs were rescued and Kailey has a brother! Now we have to get Belle a long term foster or adopted so that this story can be complete!!
