It's National Kitten Day!!!!!!!
Here are 8 ways to celebrate:
1. Pamper your kitty: Give them yummy treats, news toys, play with them with their favorite toy, give them a new cozy bed for sleeping, just simply shower them with love!
2. Take your kitten to the vet: It is important for their health and yours to take them to the vet for regular check ups and vaccines.
3. Click some pictures: Take pictures of your lovely kitty and post them online for the world to see, or simply put a picture on your bedside table.
4. Adopt a feline baby for the shelter: If you have the means and time to devote, help clear out the shelters by adopting a cat or kitten from the shelter.
5. Groom them for the day: If your kitty likes to be brushed, go ahead and brush them extra today, be sure to keep an eye out for anything that is abnormal in their appearance in their eyes, ears, nose and mouth, and for fleas or ticks.
6. Volunteer at the local pet shelter: If you are unable to adopt a kitty, go volunteer at the shelter, they always need hands to hold and cuddle this kitties.
7. Make a donation to the local shelter: Make a nominal donation to the shelter, you can also donate towels, bedding, food, toys, litter and litter boxes.
8. Time for Catnip? Cats LOVE catnip! You only need a small amount to make your kitty extra playful and happy.
