The type of call Vakoff responded to and lost his life, is a common call. I would dare to say that an Officer is lucky to NOT have to respond to some type of similar dispute EVERY shift, if not MULTIPLE acts of violence towards them or others EVERY SHIFT.
It's terrifying and it's EVERYWHERE.
