Punch had been practicing his breakdancing skills for the 2028 Olympics! Ya, I know they're not gonna have it again but a boy can dream πΎβ€οΈ
When you're not quite a dog but you really like Punch's treats π¦
(No one tell her they're turkey and lamb flavor! π¬)
Despite being 7 years old and relatively well trained, Echo and I still get out there and practice every time we come here! Here he demonstrates the place command......in motion!

Holy Samoyed! I will be cleaning up Lucy for days! Check out all the hair that came out in the bath and with the blow dry!
A little Friday shopping!
Holy π! I can't believe a freakin Dalmatian lost all this coat! Of course they should. But after a bath with deshed shampoo and conditioner and a blow dry with a high velocity dryer, this is insane! But oh so satisfying! Oh! And he sat in a whitening shampoo before the deshed and rolled in the fresh cut grass immediately after. Now he's green πππ
Ma girl is already learning to wait at the door! And without being told!
River knows drill: photo THEN we're done!
Just some slow mo showin' off by this weeks training friend, Loki!
Hi all! Yet again technology has failed me. Last week my phone bit the dust for good. I now have a replacement and am up and running again but it has gotten me behind in posting photos and responding to messages as I had no screen to see what I was doing. π Without the screen, I'm unable to transfer data from one phone to the other so quite a few contacts and text conversations have been lost. Don't take it personally if you text me and I say "new phone who dis?" π Anyway! I'll get back to everyone by the end of the weekend. I promise!
PS - Any of my technologically savvy dog friends know if it's possible to transfer data from my old phone to the new one without the screen? And if so....how? HELP!
Just a Gab-a-dab being rockstar! π€©
With no distractions around this is usually an easy task for most dogs. For Gabby, it's a huge ask to stay on the rock while I walk away. She has quite a bit of insecurity and enjoys the comfort of her human companions. Had I allowed her to break the command to get that comfort before I said to, I would've been fostering and encouraging that insecurity rather than teaching her there is nothing wrong with sitting on a rock at an empty, peaceful and quiet park. Instead, I enforced the command and made a braver more courageous pup! Fantastic work miss Gab!
Kya's off leash recall is on point!
(Look at me using modern lingo like I know what I'm talking about....."on point" π€)
All work and no play is no fun! After our morning training session, my pup Punch and Kya ran around and wore each other out!
Yesterday, the simple act of getting Kya to jump into the car seemed impossible to me. I tried every trick and tool I had in my bag, sought help from fellow trainers and went to bed feeling extremely defeated. Today was a brand new day and we both woke up with a bit more confidence and determination. After a few failed attempts and a quick chat about how this wasn't optional for her, we had success! Over and over and over! I couldn't be more proud of this stubborn gal! Every dog I work with teaches me something new. It may be a big thing or it may be a small thing but I learn something from all of them. Thanks for the lesson Kya! β₯οΈπΎ
Therapy for me. Training for them β₯οΈπΎ
So proud of all 5 kids! While my 3 are used to steering clear of the tractor, this was Maggie & Fiona's first experience. Training around all sorts of distractions is extremely important for you pup's safety. These girls passed this test with flying colors!
