If u ride so center and correct your horse will never know what an off balance rider feels like. So we like to put our weight on each side and move around to let the horses get use to uneven balance.
This mare is 5 years old just getting started. She has been with us for 2 weeks and finally have our first ride. She has extreme trust issues but we have finally received all of her trust last night.

We will be closed on all training spots till early spring. We will open books back up in March. Please if you would like...

We decided to hit up a barrel race Saturday at Chase Valley Ranch. Show is ran so smooth with amazing ground. If you can make a show i would definitely do so. Here at J&A our horses are treated like royalty. 👑 They do not go without. Between chiropractic, acupuncture, equiscope, n magnawave.

Whiskey tonight, did fantastic. He was a gentleman and remembered what not to do. This little quarter pony is going to be something special.

First lope for Ellie outside. Learning to lope on a loose rein. Building confidence is extremely important when starting a young one. Wet saddle pads and miles is what she needs.

Got the privilege to jockey this incredible 4 year old filly at the fair a few weeks ago. We placed right with the bigs dogs. This filly sure has been fun. Owned by: Sophia and Catherine.

Fresh Consignment horse in! We do not have them in very long. This filly is quite the catch! I had the pleasure of riding her for the first time last night, and she did not disappoint. Her abilities to have a 16-year-old rider is something to be proud of. She is proving her potential as an excellent novice or amateur mount. Her impressive lineage and papers make her a prime choice for ranch or gaming events. At just 5 years old, she has a bright future ahead of her.
