The first barn material shipment is here and excavation is close to finished! I can’t wait! 😃

First pasture fenced & ready! The excavation for the new barn is moving along and materials will be here next week.

We’ll be moving some of our horses into the temporary stalls in the old barns this weekend! I can’t wait to look out in that pasture and see my ponies ❤️

The driveway is finished!

First layer of blacktop is down so the trucks can start delivering the materials for the new barn! Woo Hoo!

Barn plans are being finalized. A few tweaks to these and we’re ready to go!
16 - 12x12 stalls (with interior & exterior access)
1 - foaling stall
1 - medical stall
2 - grooming bays
2 - H/C wash bays
2 - tack rooms
Feed room
2 - lg storage rooms
PLUS - Office, break room, restroom/shower, geothermal heat, automatic waterers, fans/ventilation

**Outdoor arena will be built at the time of the barn. Indoor will be built about a year after barn completion & connected to barn back doors.

Yesterday we were told that the farm was the summer home of James Gaff & his family. He was one of the founders of Fleischmann’s Yeast, and several local distilleries.

I’m trying to confirm. If anyone has any historical info/pics I’d love to have them.

We’re still on the hunt for the perfect horse farm, preferably in Clermont, but may consider close to the Clermont border.

I know it’s out there, just waiting for us to find it and fall in love.

If you hear of anything please let either me, Toni Bloom, or our realtor, Jessica Brittany Bloom know. I promise you’ll be invited to the party when we move in!

It deeply saddens us to announce this, but, today we were notified that the current owner has decided not to sell this farm.

We were very excited to get back to Clermont County and fulfill the many wonderful plans & vision we had for the exceptional property.

Our Three Winds, LLC will still be used wherever we end up so we’ll keep this page active for updates.

Thank you all for your support, messages, interest in boarding, training, or doing other business with us. Everyone we’ve met has been wonderful and we’re thankful to have made so many new friends!

If anyone know of, or hears of a farm that may be coming up for sale - in Clermont or bordering counties - please let us know.
