During the past 41 years we have bred 9 generations of Chesapeakes through line breeding on our foundation bitch Ch. Our breeding program has produced top awards in the Show, Field and Obedience areas, with dogs earning Best in Show, Best in National Specialty Show, Master Hunter Titles, and Utility. Outside of the ring, o

ur dogs have produced Certified Therapy and Service Dogs, K-9 Law Enforcement Officers and of course great natural hunting dogs used on upland & waterfowl!

Gary & Charlee (CH Irish's Ulanga-Bora Queen) were at the shows in Midland earning 6 points toward her Grand Champion title. She picked up a 4pt Major on Saturday with a Best of Breed win and 2 points today with a Best of Opposite placing. They didn't stay for Owner Handled group yesterday - the groups were running way behind.

We had Izzy here over the weekend and had a little fun working on getting her retrieving started (reason for the long line). Also just letting her strike a few poses on her own. Oh, and we think she is gorgeous! 🐾 Also got a little carried away picking photos to share :-)

Finally getting a chance to post- a Double Celebration!

Kane - CH IRISH'S NOBLE KNIGHT (GCH* Irish's I'm A Knock Out x CH Irish's Ulanga-Bora Queen) finished his title at the Jaxon Kennel Club show on March 9th under Judge Charles Olvis. Kane finished with 17 points and 4 majors.

Also - It was the first time Gary & Mr. Kane were back in the ring as a team (and the first time period for Gary) since Gary landed in the ICU & hospital for 2 weeks following a major seizure event last July. Things are coming along!

Been meaning to post this little video from Alaska back in July for a long time now. MAKE SURE YOU SOUND IS ON. I'll leave the description to Jeff Boeskool who owns Bozz - "I play reveille on YouTube on the big TV in the mornings to wake the kids up. As soon as he hears the first bugle note, Bozz comes out of his crate where he often finishes up the night sleeping, and goes directly up the stairs stopping at the gate at the top, ready for his kids to get up. LOL."
