Happy Thanksgiving Eve everyone!

We as a family are feeling incredibly GRATEFUL.

Our little warrior has turned an amazing corner and was blessed to have been discharged from the hospital.

🍂Thank you Randall’s Children’s Hospital for such great care - your swift action and amazing knowledge gave our little a new lease on life.

This Thanksgiving we are especially thankful for our amazing family, friends and customers who continue to choose us.

The Christmas spirit 💫feels a little bit different:

Instead of scanning Black Friday and Prime Deals - our focus is far more precious & special, as we continue to support our kids and our beautiful baby Johnie’s health.

One month ago today she entered our world and filled our hearts - She’s a miracle.

In her first month of life, Johnie Lynn has faced more challenges than most of us can imagine in a lifetime.

Not only is she a miracle she’s a warrior, surrounded by love, prayers, and a community rooting for her every step of the way. 💕

The battle is real and more encouragement is welcomed.

Some journeys begin with the kind of courage only love can fuel.

Our precious Johnie Lynn is recovering today from her complex surgery and shows nothing but proof of the strength that can be packed in the tiniest bodies.

For the our kids, it’s been a path filled with questions, anxiety, and fear.

The trauma this last few weeks is coupled with the weight of knowing every step ahead will have many more challenges and is now their reality.

But here’s the thing: while the road may be long, love makes the impossible seem possible. Each milestone, no matter how small, is going to be a victory.

Jordan and Keri’s strength and resilience are inspirational - in a volatile time where they feel so emotionally fractured.

Alongside the emotional toll, the financial strain still feels overwhelming.

We know support comes in many forms and each milestone and gift, no matter how small, is a victory.

And while the road ahead may be long, love, hope, and the generosity of others lighten their load.

We are so grateful for the support from a community that has showed up.

For our little girl, her light shines so bright.

Traditionally October has been my favorite month of the year and Washington is known for its striking beauty in the fall.

All about the pivot 🍂💐

The fast pace of summer is winding down, and we’re rolling into the final weeks of our cut flower season.

It’s a bittersweet time—while the garden is a little quieter, our creativity is still in full bloom, always dreaming up what’s next - a blessing and a curse!

To celebrate this transition, I’m excited to offer something everlasting: decorative pumpkins that will carry the beauty of the garden into your homes and office throughout the holiday season. 🎃✨

I get asked quite often, what do you do with all the flowers you grow?

My classic response is - a lot 🤩

So do you sell them? ✅ Yes

Do you make Bouquets? ✅ Yes

Do you do weddings? ✅ Yes

What do you do with the extras?

Well, I share them!

I ran out to do a quick check on the garden…you know cuz it rained today 🤓 🤷‍♀️

🐰🐰It led me down a bunny trail, in the most creative way.

I guess it was a multi-purpose trip, one group of flowers and so many possibilities 😁

- I practiced a Bridal bouquet, to be repurposed for table piece. (The blush and burnt orange combo is going to be 🔥)

- Put together the recipe of the week. For my ladies who signed up to grab a weekly dose of Dahlia love.

- Finished it off as a beautiful gift to freely share with others. Tomorrow it’s going to work with me, so my co-workers and our patients can enjoy them.

This week - I’ll call the bunch Sunrise to Sunset, and she can be ordered on our website.

Oh Lily you’re so fine, you’re so fine you blow my mind!

Over two years ago I planted lilies with intentions of honoring our daughter’s chosen wedding flower.

Piece of cake and easy to grow right? 🍰

And… it was a flop. I had to out source them.

No blooms that year, and hardly any again the following year.

But wow - look at her now!

Taller than me, with the richest color and the most fragrant blooms.

Another lesson from the garden:

Good growth takes time, effort, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Lilies symbolize purity, devotion, and rebirth, making them a meaningful flower for any occasion.

The reward, the beauty that blooms is all the sweeter because of the patience invested.

This weekend was all about celebrating a Fall bride-to-be and a special birthday!

The timing couldn’t have been more perfect - the rich jewel tones and warm colors were simply stunning. ✨

Hard to think fall with a nice summer stride in full bloom.

🌺Bring a little touch of Lily home, they will be available for the last of the season at the Flower Stand this weekend.
