I cant believe the conditions these pets had to endure 😭

An update on JESSICA KIPPEN AT KIPPEN CARES who has had 4 known dogs die in her care and who knows how many more.. With 2 dogs recently being discovered in her freezer. Noah Schade is her boyfriend’s name.

She has now relocated to KNOXVILLE TN in the United States under her boyfriend’s name on Rover. To ANYONE that knows any pet owners there please spread the word as she is a very unstable person and does not care for her dogs in her care and has abused these dogs or had them pass. She is also illegally living in the states without a US citizenship. She is originally from Hamilton, Ontario. She has also withheld probably thousands of dollars from clients.
