I’ve had a lot of new followers so here’s a brief intro! More details in profile.

I’m Shelby Helmerich (Vandergraff), MS, LVT, CPDT-KA, CRCST. AKC CGC Evaluator. Fear Free Certified Veterinary Professional.

I have shown dogs in obedience and agility. I have volunteer puppy raised for Canine Companions. I currently have a therapy dog through Love on a Leash.
My Bachelor’s degree is in Veterinary Technology and my Master’s degree is focused on Animal Behavior. I started training here in Murray in 2016 and have trained over 350 dogs locally.

I currently teach in the Pre-Veterinary/Veterinary Technology department at Murray State University. I teach veterinary microbiology classes.

I love being able to work with people and their dogs to improve everyone’s quality of life! ❤️
