It’s with a very sad heart that we announce the loss of our Lilac Amazon, Violet. She wasn’t the most people friendly bird, but sure was adorable, and loved taking almonds from us almost as much as she loved her cage mate Barney. She will be missed very much.

Cooper is responding well to his medications and continues to gain weight. He weighed in at 384 grams today, up 110 grams from his last visit with the doctor.
