Yep, things got a little messy in the Spartz family household. Indirect grilled, apple wood smoked cheeseburgers, covered in jalapeño cherry BBQ sauce, grilled onions in red pepper flake olive oil, topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles.

Here's the real bu****it. It is unrealistic for me to continue to afford Naples. I've already cut unnecessary services. I'm going to start tossing out furniture, start donating Lauren's clothes and am working on a game plan to leave Florida for a cheaper state. This really sucks because I enjoy Florida but living here with one income just isn't reality. I simply cannot afford to enjoy it anymore. This is the first time I've had to really venture out on my own and it's unnerving to say the least. I will have to make some plans and figure out a lot of s**t. Wish me luck everyone. I'm going to need it.

Just incase no one was wondering how I keep Blue flea free in the flea capital of the world, I use these. No pesticides or chemicals. And for a 13 year old dog that only had fleas once, that's a pretty good recommendation, review and quality comment.

I'm taking Blue out for breakfast, early tomorrow. Let's beat the heat. He is doing better and I'm not quite sure what his sickness was but he deserves some biscuits and gravy. And a slice of country fried steak, and a slice of a pancake.

After a long night and a pretty good scare, (Blue wouldn't wake up) he finally started moving. We went for a walk, he had Breakfast and did drink. Thanks for the prayers.

I purchased a mini ham on sale after Easter. I'm thinking of doing a blueberry brown sugar bourbon glaze on my Weber Jumbo Joe. I really wanted the bone to do some split pea soup in my Instat Pot. More to come.

Bue Bue is such a handsome boy, even at age 12. But we got caught in a downpour so now he will be drying off for the next two hours on my couches even after I dry him off.

Awesome grilled cheese with deli meat sandwiches in the air fryer. Lightly butter your bread from every side to side. Flip bread. Add cheese, I used a country medley on one side and a caramelized onion jack to the other. The deli meat I used was tavern ham on one side and Cajun turkey breast on the other. I did this to keep the cheese in check. Place in your air fryer, on the bake rack, hit 360° for 9 minutes including warm up time. Don't forget to hit high convection. Perfection personified!

Well, Blue won a free bath. Towards the end of our hike, which was a very long one, he spotted a raccoon and took off after it. He jumped off of a 3 foot ledge into this nastiness right in that spot. I guess he was faking it earlier because he launched like a doc dog. He's all fresh and clean now and I'm sure he will sleep for the rest of the day.

I don't have a lot of friends on my friend list for a reason. But if any of you would like to go on an adventure, to hopefully see some awesome south Florida outdoors and pick some of the best and sweetest lemons you've ever had, I can take you. It would be a fun day trip. These lemons are the ugliest things you've ever seen but taste fantastic. I also know of grapefruit and other citrus fruits. I know nobody will go, but the offer is out there, I have room for two and maybe 3 people. My 4X4 or yours might be required.
