I'm Brian T. Yates, a self-published author of Little Brown Dog children's books, which feature a golden retriever called Yalu.

In the first book of the series, Yalu and the Puppy Room, we find Yalu in search of a forever home, and he lets nothing stand in his way. I can also be booked to speak by schools to talk to kids about books and give readings of my own work. I'll explain to children how they can also turn an idea into book, and what it's like to be in the publishing industry.
