As many of you know, I stopped breeding/showing in 2020 due to health reasons. I don’t often have dogs come available anymore. Recently an old puppy buyer of mine reached out with a need to rehome the dog she purchased from me, at no fault of the dog. A lot of training has gone into this wonderful girl. Gentle and loving personality. Wonderful with children. Smart as a whip. A German Shepherd, Labrador and a Poodle all died and stand in front of God at the entrance to the kingdom of heaven.
God asks all three of them what they believe in.
The German Shepherd says: "I believe in discipline, training and loyalty to my owner."
"Good," says God, "take a seat on my left side."
"Labrador, what do you believe in?" Asks God.
The Lab answers: "I believe in fun and play and loving care from my owner."
"Ah," God said, "You can come sit at my right side."
Then he looks at the Poodle: "And how about you?"
