We have some more really exciting news!
We have another new face around here - meet Tania, our newest trainer! Tania is an animal lover and brings with her a wealth of knowledge about training horses. There are a lot of similarities between training dogs and horses, so when she began interning with me 6 months ago, it was an easy transition for her. She’s a dog owner herself, and recently started training a new puppy. Check out some of those training videos on her page .tania.
Tania is originally from Canada and speaks French. She will be happy to train your dog in French if you so wish!

“Hi everyone! My name is Tania Morton, and I’m originally from Quebec, Canada. From a very young age, I’ve always been passionate about animals — especially dogs. I started learning about training and behavior early on and spent several years developing my skills at a local dog training center.
My journey then expanded into the horse world, where I had the incredible opportunity to work and compete in western disciplines. Moving to the U.S. allowed me to continue growing, and I was fortunate to work alongside Mike and Nathalie McEntire, who played a huge role in shaping me into the trainer I am today.
While horses will always hold a special place in my heart, my lifelong passion for dogs has been calling me back — and I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be joining Winnabow K9 Board and Train, working with the amazing Lora McCachren!
I’m beyond excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to help dogs and their owners build stronger communication, confidence, and trust together. 🐕💪”
