Happy Sunday y'all!

Things to keep in mind as summer weather makes her grand appearance

Poultry naturally run at a higher temperature than we do!

Keep an eye on your feathered friends and make sure clean water is always available, along with shade to retreat from the heat. We personally keep our water in a shady area and not in direct sunlight.

You'll more than likely see a decline in egg production as well. It does not mean there is anything wrong with your birds!

And lastly watch for any signs of heat induced stress, it can take a healthy bird down quickly.
