My little Nova Lee💗
For those of you that don’t know me or about my breeding program, my name is Megan Knight and I’m the breeder behind 2 Knights Doxies! My husband is a wonderful counter partner that helps when and however(I love him so much more for it)
I started breeding about 3 years ago and dove head first into research, testing, and genetics shortly after getting Nova! She was the dachshund that made me fall in love with this breed. She was the one that melted my heart everytime I saw her little legs running towards me. She was the one that showed me how stubborn dachshunds were. She was the one that also showed me how mighty and smart dachshunds were too. She is my OG baby that was supposed to be a gift for my husband and turned into so much more for me!
Without Nova there would be no 2 Knights Doxies.
It’s really bittersweet knowing that Nova will have her last litter in January. I’m ready for her to be a retired momma and live out her life in our bed, on our couch, and running around the backyard barking but I’m so sad to never see her birth another baby after this. Or to watch her be the greatest mom. Or watch her play with her littles and teach them to play nice🥹
My sweet little Nova, I will forever love and cherish❤️

Merry Christmas Eve!!
There’s so many ways I imagined this picture going and looking really good but it was pure craziness and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am eternally grateful for my family, friends, and dogs❤️🎄I am grateful that I get to follow my passion every day and that my family is so supportive of me and participates in all of it, even the mud, accidents, emergency vet visits, etc!

One Tree Hill litter got a clean bill of health this week with their shots! They are all so beautiful, Mary is also added in here because she was the last from Lexi’s litter that hadn’t left yet💗 She went home last night to her wonderful new family and the rest of the babies will be leaving next weekend aside from Brooke who will stay a little longer🥰

In the midst of thanksgiving and decorating for Christmas, there’s always time for us to cuddle and love on the babies🥰🥰
With us, you don’t just get a puppy. You get a socialized puppy ready to take on the world, exposed to big and small dogs, loud noises, children, and all the other daily things that you don’t realize! There is a night and day difference between a puppy that has never heard the dishes clank, other dogs bark, kids scream, loud music play, etc, etc.. versus one that has. **SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT**
We held off on introducing this boy for a few weeks due to the craziness and just waiting for his testing to come back!
This is ZEUS😍💙 He will be the newest stud here at 2 Knights Doxies!
He’s a chocolate based ee cream that is genetically pointed and carries dilute and piebald🤎🤍
We’re hoping for this boy to sire all future cream litters here and of course he will be available to stud when he’s of age😉

We went to the Dachshund Races today😍🥰 I’ll post the videos separately but these 2 were a blast to watch😂💗💙
Also, I wanted to add that they finished every race and even though it was raining the entire time, they were troopers! Chance was put into races with some TOUGH competition but in my opinion he was the bestest boy😉

Update on Lucas and Peyton💗💙
Peyton seems to be doing really good and is starting to gain more! She is needing less with each tube feeding and I’m hopeful that she will eventually be off of it🥰 her lowest weight was 5.1oz and she now weighs 7.1oz
Lucas has gained some but not as fast and he still really depends on the tube feedings to get him through. His lowest weight was 4.9oz and he’s now at 5.8oz.🥹
We are still day by day and praying that they both pull through❤️

These 2 babies deserve their own post! They are still teenie tiny but we have made a LITTLE progress in the last week💗💙 Lucas and Peyton continue to fight for their little lives. They will not be looking for any homes for the foreseeable future until we know they are healthy and thriving on their own without our assistance🥹
Until then, here are some updated pictures of the teenie tiny babies! As they say, it takes a village and our village is awesome!🎉
