Ready for adoption!
Lucy is an adorable dog who loves to cuddle up next to people for belly rubs and kisses. She would love to have somebody to hang out with during the day and to pal around with. She gets excited easily and needs a little guidance to help her learn boundaries. She feels a bit anxious when left alone, which can be minimized with love, attention, and patience. She is crate trained, potty trained and happily waits for her people to get home.
Lucy is an excellent leash walker, walking on a loose leash without pulling! She is also treadmill trained and would love to show her new family her awesome skills. Keeping up with Lucy’s physical exercise will be beneficial to her health and living a long, happy life.
Lucy loves to initiate play with other dogs, especially with dogs that she has already been introduced to. She’s extremely intelligent when it comes to reading other dogs’ social cues. She is an excellent communicator!
Lucy would be best suited for a calm environment and a family that has the time to provide her leadership and exercise. Lucy has a lot of energy and requires structure and daily activity.
This cute little lady would blend very well with another dog in the home, especially ones who are friendly and happy-go-lucky!
Lucy currently has fair amount of structure in her daily life, so it will be important to continue with her basic obedience and exercise needs to keep her balanced and fulfilled.
She is wonderful companion that would make a special family complete.
Lucy is one and a half years old good with cats, kids and other dogs.
She is also up-to-date on her shots and ready to go to her new home.
