As many of you know, we have been planning for two years the breeding of Bodhi and our import girl Luna (Armenian Gamprs) We're saddened to say that we will not be breeding this beautiful pairing. Luna's OFA / X-ray results do not favor breeding her due to her hips. Thankfully, she shows no indication of her hips bothering her and will continue to work on our farm with the best of care. When we committed to preserving this breed, we knew one day we would face decisions that would be difficult. In order to maintain the highest of standards and our commitment to protecting and preserving the heritage of this amazing land race breed, we will not be offering Gampr pups in 2023. We hope those on our waiting list and the many that have patiently awaited the arrival of this proposed litter of pups understand our decision. It's the right thing to do on behalf of the breed. Unlike others that breed dogs without considering the genetic traits they pass on to their offspring, I'm glad to be part of a group of ethical breeders that support each other and place the needs of the breed first. And yes, they would have made good looking pups! Thanks for the continued support and we'll be in touch.

Watch your farms... This is the second Timber Rattler in a week... Killed one of our hens... Little Ronnie held her through her last breath. He did great, he was very brave as he held her, but finally broke down.. Farm life is not easy, but I can't think of a better way to raise children...

Our dear friends at Tribble Hill Gampr's have some beautiful pups ready to go. As many of you know, our next planned litter is Spring of '23. So if you or a neighboring farm are interested to learn more, please reach out to Tribble Hill.

We are so proud of these pups. They are absolutely beautiful and are the tangible fruits of our labor. Genetic and phonetypic variations are paramount to a successful breeding program and the proper conservation of the breed. Meaning, we have a very small gene pool of correct Gamprs so we must take extra precaution by using different mates to not overload the gene pool with carbon copy genetically identical puppies. Also, taking care that different looks, coats, colors, sizes that make our landrace breed so amazing aren't lost by breeding for only a certain type. These pups are a nice example of that 😊😊😊
