I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and has a great New Years!

This new year is bringing in some changes for the shop! Unfortunately, I do need to be more strict on my policies. These policies will begin taking place on January 1st, 2024.

* A policy agreement will be sent to every client through my scheduling app. Please read and sign.
* There will be fees for any no shows, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and showing up late to your appointment by 15 minutes or more.
* All dogs must be vaccinated and documentation is REQUIRED from the vet. If you do not provide documentation, your dog will not be groomed. (Distemper/Parvo, Lepto, Bordetella(Kennel Cough), and rabies are required). Please bring a paper copy of your dog’s vaccination records to the appointment or send me a picture before your dogs appointment.
* Any dog with live fleas will automatically get a flea bath with a fee of $15 plus a $20 fee for a flea bomb. So any dogs with fleas will be an additional $30 on top of your normal total.

I’m officially back open! I promise I wasn’t ignoring anyone’s messages on purpose. I’m just really trying to focus on time with my family while I’m technically closed. I will be responding to everyone’s messages today!
