Hello everyone! Just wanted to touch base about a few things.
I have been running into issues with pick up times. Please make sure to pick your dog up after the groom unless discussed otherwise. I like to keep it at one dog here at a time or one family of dogs. I do make sure to give you a heads up to when they are done and ready for pick up. I am not a dog sitting service! A fee will be applied for late pick ups.
Please make sure to let me know asap if you can’t make it to your appointment so I can try and get it filled. I have been running into issues with no shows and very last minute cancellations. I do understand things come up and there are emergencies but this is my job and how I support my family! After one no show you will have to pay a rescheduling fee of $20 before you are scheduled.
Now that winter is here I have opened up a few Saturday appointments a month. Please do not take a Saturday appointment unless you are 100% going to show up. These do go fast and I have a lot of clients who would like them. I try to accommodate for all my clients and their fur babies.
