🐴Scarlet, Mama Deeps and Remi are all doing great with their thick fuzzy winter coats and constant hay eating - which is what keeps them warm as it ferments through their system.

Baby belly is just starting to show on Mama Deeps at almost 6 months 🤩! We're beyond excited for May!

GREAT NEWS to start to this chilly Friday, the 1st day of November!

Mama Deeps is safely 132 days in foal from the last breeding date, to the handsome Victory N Valor at Eagle Ridge Farm ! Due date around May 23, 2025 (maybe a 5.25.25?).

The foal is about the size of an average house cat and VERY active - Flipping and racing around 🐎. I should have taken a video vs pictures, but you can for sure make out some ribs and a face shot 🤷‍♀️🤣. I missed a picture of an ADORABLE little hoof... We usually don't ultrasound this far along at our farm, so it was fun to see more than a big black circle on the screen at 16 days and a 40ish days heartbeat check 🥰.

These classes are great opportunities to meet and enjoy time with horses at your comfort level. We throw in some education for good measure (😉😉), but these classes are for YOU!

⭐️Officially offered⭐️

It is with sad but grateful hearts we share that "Sally" aka Tari Bar Phoenix, has crossed the 🌈 bridge. "Sally" brought smiles and horsey love to many people in the 6 years we had her - no one more so than Ivy, who was only 9 years old when we brought "Sally" home for her. They shared red hair, many loving moments and rides over the years, forming a quick and sweet bond. "Sally" will be deeply missed at A Bit of Horse Time and on the Funny Farm. She was intuitive and kind, an awesome and patient teacher to humans and foals alike, and just a GOOD horse. She joins the ranks of The Greats we have been lucky to have had. While our hearts feel broken, we are comforted to know that it was time. "Sally" was telling us she was ready. They say to let them go on a good day, and for her, it really was 💜. We know she is arthritis and pain free as she watches over us. That afternoon she sent me a lovely butterfly to let me know she is okay. 🦋 It came into the barn to fly all around me, even landing on my shoulder for about 20 seconds before fluttering around some more and flying away. Godspeed Sally - we'll always love and miss you 💔

Bless the broodmares... especially the moms of busy colts! 😆 Remi's Friday shenanigans🐴

🐴Friday afternoon was a great time with Tiger Pack students experiencing some Horse Time! Kids had hands on time with horses Blue, Sally and Mama Deeps and meet Miss Catherine and 9 week old Remi! Kids were able to experience leading a horse, see and sit on a western and English saddle, try stall cleaning, learn about daily horse care, see horse models of many colors and breeds! 👀 Lots of pictures were taken- here is a peek👀. Thanks for a FUN afternoon New Richmond Tiger Pack ! A huge shout out THANK YOU to my volunteers today - Debora Hilger , Aunt Theresa, Dena Kari Hodnett, Ivy, Harper and Ellie!

🎊Congratulations Shari Erdman on having the winning Due Date guess of May 21st! 🐴Shari's Horse Time today included meeting Miss Catherine and her yet-to-be-named colt ❤️ I think he'll love all the attention here! Shari sure had a way with him - he even allowed the sweet hug at the end. Not a usual thing for foals! 🥰
