I have been super lucky with all of my clients, something I have not placed in affect is a late/no show policy. So here it is:

I am reserving the right to cancel appointments if you are 10 minutes late.
You will be rescheduled to the next available time slot, and/or if a repeat offender will be canceled as a client.
** plan drive time accordingly as snow arrives**

No show clients will be subject to removal of my clientele list.

If you know you will be late please shoot me a message and give me a heads up, I 100% understand life happens and am more then happy to accommodate.

Here we are, first snow has fallen 🥰 a reminder with the weather all appointments are subject to change, especially with my traveling grooming appointments (me traveling to you) my husband works for the City of New Ulm and moves snow in the winter months, this is priority. As well if you do not feel comfortable driving in the weather to me, I am very understanding and flexible😊

2025 books are opening up, I am starting to schedule regular clients in already.

I have noticed areas where I have been able to accept some new clients 🤗 and have been doing so as I go along here.

After the new year there maybe some more possibilities for even more new clients.

My deepest sympathy to Christopher Bowman-Smith and Steve Smith with the sudden, heart aching loss of their boy Quincy. I started out a couple years ago just starting nail trims with these two and their puppers and kitties, then turned into grooming needs for Quincy, and the occasional phone calls for vet tech advice. Chris and Steve's love for thus boy is amazing, and their other critters. We have built a good friendship. As always your animals become a huge part of my life. I am saddend with this loss. RIP Quincy. 🧡
