Hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day holiday! โจ We just came back from the TICA annual show and banquet picking up Asher and Bennieโs international awards from last season (we will update stories for that), catching up with all sorts of communications and pictures while getting the daily Cattery maintenance done spotlessly (Donโt worry! Your kitties have been very well taken care of by our family members while we were away). It had really been a memorable journey showing the boys, and they did us so proud as the true epitome of the Ragdoll breed. What are the Ragdolls known for? Their true floppy and mellow temperament! We are so proud to see such quality being preserved in our cats, and we wouldnโt sacrifice anything for that (check out the archived stories for proof!). We have worked with Ragdolls with different kinds of temperament over the years, and it is with a heavy heart to say, not all Ragdolls are well-bred to have the same โRagdoll personalityโ. Thatโs exactly the reason we show, as a way to put a catโs temperament to test when they were handled by strangers (the judges) and surrounded by other cats, before deciding to hold back or continue the line.
Pictured is Dream, our sweet blue lynx bicolor girl out of Sonata and Heaven. For those who are following, Sonata is out of our proud boy Memphis and Ori, where each of them have produced multiple beautiful, sweet and healthy litters for us. Looking at this sweet pretty face, I am already confident this baby girl will develop into a stunning example of the Ragdoll breed, checking all boxes off - beauty, health and most importantly, temperament โค๏ธ. As we are catching up, we will share pictures and updates of her litter mates and Lavenderโs kittens as well. Thank you everyone for your patience. Please bear with me for just a bit more!
