These three love to wrestle and play endlessly with each other and all of their kitty friends, until they get tired and pass out.😴 Then they wake up and do it all over again! 🛝
They don’t just love each other, they are also the perfect lap cats and love to snuggle with humans too!

😻🐾We love our community🐾😻
This weekend the Kitten Rescue community came together with such spirit and joyous hard work and we could not be more grateful. 🙏🏼 Our runners ran the 5K, the Charity Half Marathon and Marathon, while raising awareness and fundraising to save kitty lives. Volunteers, well, they did it all—running our cheer station where food, drink and high fives were distributed, and silly costumes were worn; transporting bags, organizing and stocking a hospitality suite, painting kitty faces on runners, opening up our Dodgers Suite before 4 am, and taking a-mazing photos (last pic our ace photographer Lori Altman👏👏), and so many other brilliant contributions as our team went the “ extra mile” 😛 to make this the best marathon possible. Leading the charge, was Sandra Harrison, our inspirational, creative and tireless executive director, who planned, organized, marshaled, coached and cared for each and every person involved in the effort. We love you Sandra! ❤️
And finally we recognize ALL OUR AMAZING SUPPORTERS who cheered us on and donated to the individual runners’ Team Kittens Get Better Life Rescue fundraisers. We appreciate every dollar donated to Team Kittens Get Better Life Rescue; it all makes a difference in the lives of the cats we save. Our runners will continue their fundraiser for another couple weeks, so IT’S NOT TOO LATE!

😻😻Jack and Sally are almost fully recovered from their calici virus! These two babies have cuddled and comforted each other through it all including time in their oxygen chamber while congested with eyes swollen shut. We are so happy it’s all behind them now!

💔 Kittens Get Better Life is a close knit community of dedicated hearts, and ours is hurting now. we recently lost super volunteer and ardent KR supporter, Judi Mesibov.
Judi came to us in 2014, just months after adopting a cat from the Kitten Rescue cam room. She became a volunteer in our kitten nursery, and then so much more.
Judi plunged into any project that helped needy cats: She transported cats to and from vet appointments and from the shelter for their freedom rides.
Judi's true love was the Power Puff Girls--our Cerebellar Hypoplasia (special needs cats) who live in our kitten nursery. Judi fed and cared for the Puffs multiple times per week, consistently, over the years she worked with us. She loved them all the same-- yet there was a special place in her heart for Aggie, the fluffiest, most temperamental diva of all the Puffs! Judi advocated for our cats relentlessly. She was a force of nature with a big heart. She will be greatly missed. ❤️ Rest In Peace Ms.B.

Ballona would best thrive in a quiet home where she feels secure and loved. She may hide at first so she needs an experienced cat owner as she needs someone who will be patient with her and give her time to warm up and feel safe. Once she's over her shyness she can't be more affectionate and sweet. 💕

🐱🐱New Pairing! Charles and Mila are solo no more! This dynamic duo is now inseparable--for playing, eating, and cuddling! Each kitten came to us as an at risk solo- Charles from under a car and Mila at the shelter with time running out. It is so gratifying to see them thriving and alone no more! They are both so sassy! (Charles is the one with the eyes farther apart!) They are a couple weeks away from being adoption ready. 😻

This is Mini Molly! Isn’t she cute? Molly, her mama and siblings recently arrived at our Sanctuary in somewhat rough shape, and sadly, one of her brothers passed away. But Molly and the rest are coming along and getting stronger by the day. We love her personality! More family introductions soon!

Here is our beautiful senior gal Mabel, rescued the other day with a large mass in her mouth/cheek area. We were able to get her a quick vet appointment and we are awaiting the results of the biopsy. 🙏🏼The good news so far? Mabel is eating very well, and is very sweet. She loves attention. She is on pain meds so she is comfortable and getting wonderful attention. We got this Mabel!🌹❤️😻
