I lost my dog Justice. Came home to an empty house. I had to get another dog. So I went to the shelter not far from where I worked.
I walked in, and this little dog started barking and barking. I said to him, “Let me see what else is here.” I walked down but didn’t see anything, so I went back to this little dog. He seemed friendly enough. I went to the counter with the cage number.
They said, “Don’t get your hopes up. He didn’t go with the last two families that picked him.”..
I said, “He’s going with me.” If he didn’t go with me, he was going to be eutha*nized.
Got him home, everything was great until people came by. I then saw the other side of Pepsi. And it didn’t get any better. The grandkids came. He went on the attack. Now what do I do? I wasn’t giving him up.
So I checked around, then made the call. Sit Means Sit. They came out, worked with Pepsi. He became a new dog. He was always good with me. I loved this dog. I could walk him with no leash. He was my little man. One of the best dogs I ever had.

I've been on this bus 2 or 3 times with the same driver and he always takes his dog with him whether he's asleep or awake. The other time a lady got mad because it was unsanitary to take a dog and the driver got mad and walked out saying he wouldn't leave the dog home alone the day. . . .
He considers the dog as his son, so he takes him everywhere with him. ❤️💕

"When we adopted our child we met with the other family, who had his brother, once a month. We saw how inseparable they were, how happy and how sad they were for days after we separated them. So we decided to ask for the brother from the other family .It was hard...But finally they agreed.As soon as we put them in the car we saw them like this...Their eyes say it all!!!!I have never seen them happier with so much emotion.Yes animals have feelings and I need to talk for it and to respect it. That's our role as animal parents"

Got my big boy, Sebastian 6 days ago off Craigslist. He's barely 2 years old and I'm his 4th owner. I don't understand why anyone would give him up, he's so sweet, friendly and very loving. It has for sure been the best 6 days of my life.. I can't wait for many years with him..I'm not sure of his breed but he does have a muscular build and some features of a pit..♥️

However, I can take him to the rubble to look for you after an earthquake, in the forest after you got lost in the mountain and you had no map or GPS; under the snow, because you did a forbidden off-piste; in the water, because despite the red flag, you have bathed and wherever you need to, because finally, it is just a dog ... but he will find you.

We just had two dogs pass in 3 weeks; 10 year old from bone cancer and 11 yr old from a massive stroke. We were just devastated.
I go to a shelter,
I had adopted her but she refused to come away with me. When I looked down I understood the reason and I had to make a CHOICE "When the time came to take her home she was just out of that cage, from that moment a new world awaited her, a wonderful life and a lot of love. Any another dog would have run into the embraces of her rescuers. But she did not. She stood still, sticking to all fours and refused to come out of the cage. In a corner a small Puppy looked at her in fear. She understood that she was about to lose her her best friend (brother). And in that moment a small miracle happened. The couple saw the whole scene and decided to adopt them both. Now they lives happy in new home ❤️.

"My own little dog has always been special. He was re****ed after being hit on the head when he was a baby. It never bothered me and I never saw it as a problem even though people secretly called him re****ed, dumb and such.
Today we turn 19 full of happiness!!!!! I am very happy to have you in my life!!! Thank you for living 17 wonderful years together and as many more as you want! Thank you for never listening to people but only to me, mom, who adores you!! You are the most beautiful soul"

This man was forced to give his dog to the Humane Society due to undergoing lengthy hospital stay. This nurse found out and immediately went to the shelter and adopted his dog. She brings him to visit daily and will return him as soon as the man is released!

“Hes gone. At 5:10pm on 11/13/22 my beautiful Bugsy crossed over the rainbow bridge. As you all know he has been battling cancer for 1.5 yrs with holistic pills and chemo. He hung in there for me and was a fighter. I am devastated needless to say. His quality of life went down hill days ago and kept getting worse. I had to stop being selfish and do what was best for my best son in the world. His eyes told me it was time. I was blessed to have had such an incredible furry son for 14.5 yrs! I am lost really lost! He went everywhere with me as you have seen in my posts. I always felt safe with him by my side. I am shot! I am going to PA tonite for the first time without him and will be crying my eyes out for many hours and days! He was always by my side! Always slept in my bed and in his older years we got stairs for him. I felt the last time in PA was going to be the last,you just know! I am very sad but as ive said in the past other people have it worse. It doesnt make the pain any less. He fought and is finally out of pain. I held him as he went and my family was there also so he was surrounded by love! My Vet is so incredible to come to my home and put him to sleep in my bed! My beautiful Bugsy deserved that and I wanted his last vision to be of his total comfort zone. I hope and pray that some of you will have the same experience and love of a wonderful companion as I have! Bugsy I will always love you and please send me a sign. My memory of you will never wear away and my life will never be the same. I want to Thank everyone for your support in the difficult time for me. God Bless my beautiful boy and Memory Eternal!”
