We’re sorry to say that we had to make the difficult decision to cancel the Sept event due to a virus outbreak with the pups @ their sanctuary.
Our pups health is our #1 priority so we wish them a speedy recovery so they can travel safely soon & we can introduce them to you at our October event.
Thank you for your continued support!

SIMPLE TIPS TO HELP KEEP YOUR PETS SAFE THIS SUMMER and help you avoid that emergency vet visit $$!
As we approach summer in its full swing here are some important things to remember to help keep your pet safe.
**HYDRATION** - Very important!
Like humans your pets can dehydrate very easily in the hot sun. Always make sure to supply lots of water.
Pets will want to spend time in the sun running and playing and will possibly overdo it. Especially the young ones. So always make sure to carry an extra water bottle and collapsible bowl.
Brachycephalic or short faced breeds like Frenchies, Shih Tzus and Bulldogs have an even harder time lowering their body temperature in the heat and needn't be monitored even closer to make sure they don't over heat.
- In case they do, putting rubbing alcohol on their paw pads and ear tips will help lower their body temperature even quicker.
*TIP*: Freezing a water bottle before heading out for your summer outing so the water says nice and cold. And if need be you can lightly wrap it in a towel or piece of clothing and let your pet sit on it to help keep their temperature cool.
THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR:
As we start having more bbq's and picnics make sure to watch out for:
* People’s discarded Marijuana remnants:
- They can come in all sorts of forms these days including joints, butts/roaches, loose, gummed, and other edible treats. These can cause major issues for your pets including death so be hyper vigilant out there.
* Chicken Bones and other types of bones:
- These can cause perforations in your pets insides or could potentially be choking hazards.
*Poisonous Plants:
- As our world has come back into full bloom there are many plants that are toxic or could cause intestinal upset to our furry friends. Some of these are lilies, hydrangeas, daffodils, ivy, azaleas, tulips and many, many more. So monitor your pets well when outside or receiving flowers for in the house.
And last but not least IDENTIFICATION!!!
- Make su
