UPDATE: REUNITED!! Hazel is home safe & sound after 19 hours, 34 minutes :)

Hazel was found by a woman who apparently stopped traffic to scoop her up and bring her to NYCACC. She is in perfect health and already back to playing like nothing happened. Thank you so much to everyone!!"
