For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound broccoli florets
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Salmon: Begin by preparing the salmon fillets. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Place your salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow the fillets to marinate for 15 minutes for maximum flavor absorption.
2. Grill the Salmon: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is perfectly cooked and develops those beautiful grill marks. Once done, set them aside and keep warm.
