3: Allowing you to purchase a dog guaranteed not to come from a Puppy Mill and guaranteed to be in good health.
4: Ending the concentration camps known as Puppy Mills and stopping the sale of Puppy Mill puppies through pet stores
5: Helping responsible dog breeders flourish, doing what they do best
