It’s not a comment to see people that are concerned about exercising their dog too much because it may give their dog to stand an endurance that we cannot keep up with.
.
Exercise will always benefit your dog. It will give your dog biological fulfillment, enrichment, meet their needs.
.
However, do not exercise your dog before training session unless it’s something simple as play. Training takes a lot of energy. And you wanna be careful how much you used before a training session. But playing with your dog before training is always good..

Here’s the breakdown
.
6. Having a dog in place while looking at triggers. I can talk for an hour about this. A place bed can be a great tour. I just never really use it for aggression
.
5. Engage/disengage. This is great for Managment and can help change the Dogs coping response if it’s not a serious case.
.
4. Sleep/nutrition. You’re getting nowhere if these two are not in check.
.
3. Play be used for desensitization, building resilience, creating a stronger bond, and even assist with counter conditioning.
.
2. Meeting your Dogs needs. The first step to any behavior modification program is meeting the Dogs needs. Doesn’t matter what camp you’re on.
.
1. Teaching the dog to control the triggers. If you would like to learn more about this I offer private sessions

There is so many ways to help dogs with fear, aggression, and reactivity.
.
Teaching a dog that they can actually control the trigger will not only result in them feeling the need to use less energy and creating space from the trigger. But it can very often help the dog change the way they feel about the trigger.

in all fairness, I don’t blame the dog for blowing off or leave it for a stack of pancakes!

Jason has been there for me so many times over the years and constantly volunteering help and never asking for anything in return. The man has a heart of gold and needs so many dogs and so many people over the years.
.
Jason’s gonna face some difficult times and any support you’ll go extremely far!

I think it would be safe to say that every dog needs structure and boundaries.
.
depending on what this means and depending on what Dog this could be something that easily makes a dog thrive or makes a dog worse.
.
So what is it you mean by structural and boundaries when you say it?

One of the most difficult things is working very hard for the compliments that your dog always gets. However, if you want to know her secret, it’s in her nutrition. Maybe a little bit of genetics.😂

It’s too often that I hear people say positive reinforcement did not work so we must use punishment.
.
I am not saying that there is no time in place for punishment, but I am saying is that changing behavior is much more than reinforcing and punishing.
.
I focus on changing a dog‘s behavior by making them feel better. That doesn’t mean I’m telling anybody else their methods are wrong. But I guarantee you didn’t think someone could stop aggressive behavior with massage..(which I do all the time)
.
Disclaimer: do not attempt these techniques if you do not know what you’re doing. You can easily make things worse.

It’s really important to understand that nutrition will have an impact on your dogs behavior in One Direction or another so it’s better to optimize it.
.
Many studies have been done on tryptophan were some say it will calm your dog and others say it won’t. I would absolutely speak to a Pet nutritionist because the amount that your dog gets balanced with other foods is what is going to create the most impact.
.
Omega-3’s reduce aggression
.
Blueberries reduce stress
.
Pumpkin helps with digestion, which will help everything
.
I feed my dog @darwinspetfood and she loves it. it seems to hit most of the pointe.
.
Last but not least people get tired of Thanksgiving because they over eat. It’s not because of the turkey.
.
If you’re interested in a pet nutritionist, you could private message me and I will send one your way

1) Your dog is not protecting you. Make no mistake, I’m sure there’s a dog out there that has protected a child at some point, and that might be the only exception which is still up for debate.
.
2) Don’t be fooled by marketing when it comes to your training treat
.
3) punishing a puppy is not gonna get you anywhere. So put in the work

Thailand was amazing experience, which gave me a combination between business and pleasure
.
Of course, I had the opportunity to visit temples, learn the culture, and make sure I gained at least 7 pounds from amazing food. But they’re worth three priorities
.
volunteering at an elephant sanctuary was not all fun games. It was a lot of work, but I learned an amazing amount of information that will absolutely help me with my craft!
.
I spent a significant amount of time studying street dogs. Taking the information that I learned in Mexico perfectly prepared me for Thailand!
.
Spending time with monkeys is not the safest thing and I am not recommending it to anybody. However, you absolutely learn how to angle your body, understand how to not challenge, but stay confident, do not invade space but do not give it when pressure is applied to you….. as well as watching them and their hierarchy. They’re actually was someone that was attacked by one of the monkeys because the monkey wanted to see if they had anything value on them. But that’s for another post..
