Sisters (friday afternoon, 8/2/24)... enjoying the cool AC while it's 95° with 77%humidity - lovely, just lovely indeed. Although, they rather the windows opened with a nice breeze flowing... Another day and we'll get a break from the heat for a bit - but summer's not over just yet..🥵

Meet 😺
Meet Walter (the cow cat - bc of his black spots pattern on his white coat) who will be joining our whole family clan!

I think he may have been abandoned (as he just showed up one morning, we have never seen him around our area before, as there are not any cow-cats running around nor many white cats at all for that matter) and left by our home since we take care of several outside local cats.

He's super super (2x) friendly, a mush-cat, super cuddly, tummy rubs (no outside feral is going to let you rub their tummy), doesn't have those outdoor skills as most living on the streets. And he has extra toes on front and back. He's a cutie! A motor boat of purring. A drooler for sure, lap-cat lol...

Walter was taken to Vet (Fri April 26th) to get checked out and blood work done and during examination Vet found out he was bitten on his tail (Vet shaved and clean the area), he also received several shots along with antibiotic shot as well.
His adult teeth are in and no tartar build up on them, looking good. Vet believes he is between 1½-2yrs old the most. He's clean of mites or flea dirt...

Vet had called us the following day (Sat April 27th) to say blood work came back excellent - A-OK all good!!! He is now scheduled to be neutered (microchip too) on Thursday May 16th (which I'm thinking may be the reason he was let go, i speculate previous guardian may could not afford this? So im really thinking more like he was let go). But he's better with us then in the wild - we have other critters of the night roaming around (raccoons, opposum, owls)...

ANYWAY and the best of all, Walter has a new home with the in-laws who live across the street from us. My mother-in-law fell in love with this fellow (his personality and those TOES🥰) and he's gonna have the best life and he's settling in very well to his new digs... another plus, we will get to see him each day as well, he likes to sit in their kitchen bay window catching the afternoon sun-rays and chattering away with the seagulls & laughing gulls. **more pics will follow later on...

We helped you cross the rainbow bridge and you are now pain free. Enjoy unlimited treats with you buddies in kitty heaven.

Frend was good boy, we're guessing between 10-12 years old and was part of the outside colony that we take care of, they're all our fur family. Most are very friendly and come right on up for a rub or scratch around the head & cheeks or just to hang out and chill...lol.
Frend will be a very missed face to see around the yard and at the their dinner table.
