At Canine Counsel we offer training, boarding and rehabilitation. Tuncay Adem will work with ANY dog, no matter how big or small the issue may be.

My name is Tuncay Adem, I have been working with dogs since the age of 14 years old. My initial training began with the British police working specifically with German Shepherds and moving on from there I have worked with every breed of dog. I moved to the United States in 2003 and continued working with dogs privately. Since 2007, I have been working with various rescues across the country and ha

ve traveled far and wide to work with dogs in various situations and conditions. There is no situation I have not dealt with and believe every dog has a place in this world. If there is a circumstance where a dog cannot be in a home, it does not mean they should be euthanized. It just means an alternate solution must be found. With dog awareness so predominant in this country, there is no reason for any dog to suffer. I am always available to speak over the phone and will always help in anyway that I can. There is NO situation I will not take on. At Canine Counsel we offer training, boarding, and rehabilitation. My dedicated apprentice, Kim Koutouvidis and I are a team and together we are here to serve the dogs of the world no matter what the situation is.

I just want to say a big thank you to everyone that contributed to the Amazon wish list. I am humbled by everyone that always helps the dogs. We took a lot of losses this year. But we cherish who is left. The dogs that were dumped by rescues and individuals that never cared. What was I to do stick them in the shelter? No with your help and support and my work we keep them safe. Love them and let them know its not about the rescue it's about keeping safe happy and loved. Thank you so much. You guys always humble me.

Today and tomorrow is the last day of dog Lotto. If your in then get the tickets by tomorrow. The drawing is November 1st and I will make a public announcement of who wins and also they will get video and pictures of the whole process. If you spent just 25 dollars your saving thousands. The pool is big but if I do get a heavier response I'll pick 2. Right now one rescue holds 20 tickets. So their chance is high. Just as a point of reference. I want to help you all but time is the factor. Get it while it's hot because this won't be happening again.

Good Morning all. So I have had a lot of people reach out including rescues asking for a little more time to get in. So here is your chance. I am extending it to Halloween. Simply because I want everyone to have a fair shot at this.
You can still get in. Venmo is the payment method. If you want the best dog you can have for the sake of a couple of tickets it goes a lifetime.
Let's go for it. If the figures go up maybe I'll consider 2 drawings to up your chances.

Remember dahlia that came in a couple of weeks ago well she is progressing very nicely. Learned all her basic commands. Learned to walk on a leash and finally have her not looking for the nearest exit. On to her final stages and then she will be ready to flock the nest. Videos to follow.

A warm welcome to moose the wiggle butt. Was brought up from Maryland yesterday for a few weeks of training. Horrible back story, used for breeding, abused and neglected. Was borderline immaciated at one point. Now in for some returning to level 1 and not being so scared of the outside world. Love this guy. He is a pleaser stay tuned for more.

And yet another successful work in progress has flocked the canine counsel family. Spirit went to foster yesterday after a few weeks of board and train. Pulled from death row on acc. She didn't stand a chance. Her paperwork was terrible. But through it all I brought her back. She is happy now with her 3 feline friends and 3 canine companions. Yes that's right I worked with her to be with cats. Good luck spirit thank you for letting me bring you back from the grips of death row and now you can live a happy life.

I just want to take a moment to thank you all for your support and class attendance. This year has been hard on all of us. I am humbled by all your help and support over this year and wanted to put a post out to you just to say THANK YOU. Thank you for all being there. Class has been great. Business has been good. I have a lot to be thankful for with all of you. So this is a big thank you and whoever draws the ticket on October 15th will be the lucky winner to the Lotto. Right now its going get your tickets while you can. Thank you all again for your support and belief in me.

Dahlia came in after I picked her up last night. She is a sweet heart. A baby. Under a year old and will be available for foster or adoption shortly. She is amazing. Just needs to learn how to be a dog. Locked in a crate since a baby. Attacked by another dog. Sloane and Kim never fail their dogs. As I will not fail her. Watch for more pics and updates coming.

Elsa had a hard life and had been in a few scuffles. After a few weeks of working her here she is now sniffing dogs rather than just fight or flight. She has come a long way. This isn't the ultimate fix it's the stepping stone to a great dog. More footage of them playing to follow....

If you want to buy a ticket you can venmo me and a list will be compiled. At the end of each week I will post up names and the amount of lottery tickets. I suggested it to a rescue and she has kindly stacked her name:

So I am going to put this out there and see the feedback. Haven't done this in a long time. As part of proving every dog deserves a chance. I want to do a lottery or raffle. It will be $25 a ticket. Now, the rules are simple. If you get picked you can use it for your own dog or for a rescue as a donation. I am offering a 6 week complete board and train for any dog any behavior, any rap sheet. The only rule is the person who wins has to have a foster or adopter or home for the dog to return to. I will run the lottery for 3 weeks then the ticket will get picked. So in effect you could get thousands of dollars of training for as many tickets as you want to buy.
Let me know if you think I should do it. I will put up my venmo tonight.

So here is spirit ladies and gentlemen. She is about a year old. She isn't mine but she is up for adoption. She has been with me for training as an acc pull from death row. She was going to die for the usual reasons. Here is her bio: Found wandering the streets, ughhhhhh bullsh*t... She is house broken She is crate trained Good with dogs and good with people She is a happy girl that just got over some medical also. Just skin related stuff. She is a good girl and needs a forever home. She was petrified of everything upon arrival and is now the perfect companion. Can anyone find some love for her. Please email [email protected] and I will send you the app as I am overseeing her transition and no cost to the new owner or foster.

And my little Penelope leaves me tonight to start her next journey.....I'll miss you my shadow....

Breakfast typically takes Ellie about a minute to finish, but when we add in mental enrichment with the help of a Kong Wobbler, breakfast becomes a stimulating activity. This is helpful for any dog that is food motivated. It helps to build confidence and keeps their mind working!

Alfie needs a home♡ please contact us directly for an application. He will make a wonderful addition to any family, individual or couple. The biggest requirement is that you have a sense of humor. This boy will keep you laughing all day long!!
