A dog survived more than 11 hours in frigid conditions after being left in a dumpster at an apartment complex in Old Bridge in Monday night.
Surveillance video recorded just after 10 p.m. shows a young man carrying the dog as he walked along a sidewalk. The temperature was about 13 degrees just before 10 p.m, according to the National Weather Service.
