Just wanted to let everyone know because of the heat we are having a hard time with one of our generators so we will be needing to start earlier in the morning to ensure that we are able to do a certain amount of appointments by the heat of the day. Because of this some appointments are going to have to be rescheduled, & we can not do late appointments in the day until this heat subsides. We will be reaching out to everyone who needs to be adjusted. Thank you for understanding.

Independence Day is on the way! Get your pets prepared & be mindful of your neighbors pets. Here’s a few tips to help you out:

Create a Safe Space: Set up a quiet, comfortable area where your pet can feel secure. This could be a crate with their favorite blanket or a small room away from windows.

Stay Indoors: Keep pets inside during fireworks. Close windows and doors to help muffle the noise and prevent them from running away if they get scared.

Use White Noise: Play soothing music, white noise machines, or keep the TV on to help drown out the sound of fireworks.

Comfort Your Pet: Stay with your pet if possible. Your presence can be very calming. However, avoid overly reassuring behavior as it might reinforce their fear.

Normally I wouldn’t do something like this but there seems to be a disrespect & lack of knowledge between client & business owner.

We have generators that have issues when it gets hot, I replaced the fuel pump, & it worked for almost a whole appointment this morning, & it shut down.

We lose at minimum $500/day, for anyone to think that “the way I’m running my business” is the cause of generator overheating failure is absolutely asinine.

So to be clear, I will not tolerate this behavior towards me, my groomers or anyone who works for me. You will not disrespect me, you will not talk down to my groomers, you can write all the bad reviews you want to, about things out of our control (which I’m sure she will say something else so came here for the proof, & I will be replying to her reviews) will also not be tolerated. I have worked hard to build this business from the ground up, provide for my family, & have a work environment that my employees enjoy, & I have successfully done that.

Sometimes monkeys throw wrenches in places you wish they didn’t, & I hope everyone who’s a client of mine who can not understand this, finds someone else to torment because it will not be me another day longer.

For those of you who ARE decent people, we could use some prayers or someone who actually works on Cummins generators. If you can’t help with that, we will be having to reschedule appointments, & if I had an alternative I would take it. We have also been waiting on a trailer that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago, which would’ve prevented any of these problems from still being an issue, but alas, something else out of my control.
