🙌🏽🥳What an amazing 2024 we had!!

🐾🦋✨We hold in our hearts and memories our elder kitties that retired their earthly lives.
😻We celebrate each and every adoption and are so grateful to those that came and opened their hearts to a new fur baby.
🙏🏽💜We are thankful to the many volunteers that showed love every day to the cats that live here and helped the adoptive ones feel safe with humans.
🤝💚We are thankful too, for having such a hardworking staff that keeps Nat Cat running as smoothly as possible.
🙌🏽We hope everyone has a wonderful 2025 and we wish you all a blessed and successful year!! 😻🙌🏽🥳

Nori and Mochi are the cutest orange siblings 🐈🐈🍊🧡 they are both so loving and purr so loudly!

🐾🐈‍⬛🖤 Venus and Knuckles have both been here about a year, not only get along well with each other but they continue to show how chill they are with all the other cats they’ve met along the way.

🐾 All four of these precious babies do prefer a slow approach but they are as much curious as they are loving. They purr loudly and love to play with toys and each other! 😻

Meet Diamond 💎! This shy, sweet girl is our newest intake at natcat. She had a very rough start and was found in a neighborhood in westminster that has a lot of stray cats. A neighbor had been hearing meowing in her backyard for two days straight and finally looked over their backyard wall into their neighbors yard, and saw that they had trapped little Diamond in a metal crate with no food, no water, in 90 degree weather, for two days. The first neighbor who discovered Diamond in the crate went over to their front door to get her and the owners son answered the door and told her "My mom doesn't like the cats so she traps them till they d*e" when asked why they had a kitten trapped in their backyard. This is the horrible reality for cats living on the street as there are many people who dislike cats and do horrible things to them. The neighbor who trapped Diamond was reported to Animal Control. Diamond was then fostered by a natcat employee and has been slowly adjusting to life at the shelter. She is about 6 months old and will be available for adoption once she is spayed and vaccinated. Butch has almost been at natcat for 2 years 💔. Butch was found with 3 siblings in a lowe's construction site in Hesperia as a stray kitten and fostered before being brought to natcat. He was adopted earlier this year, but was retuned after just a few days due to an improper introduction to the adopter's resident cat. He loves to play rough and play wrestle which most of our kittens don't like, so he is often called a bully but he just needs a cat that can match his playful energy. He is good friends and playmates with our one eyed cat named Dustbunny and we have been trying to get them adopted together but no one has been interested so we had to make them adoptable separately as well. At almost 3 years old, Butch is currently our longest resident and our oldest adoptable cat in Exotics and our staff would love to see him get a home for the holidays ❤️💚❤️💚. If you would like to meet this sweet, playful boy you can visit him in person or call us for more information Tuesday-Saturday from 12-3!

Our Sonic the Hedgehog litter just recently turned one year old! 🎉
Originally a litter of 4, these girls were brought in after being found outside and fostered by an employee at natcat. Blaze was recently adopted but Sonic, Tails(silver tabbies), and Knuckles (all black) are still at natcat waiting to find their forever homes! 🏠🐈‍⬛
Sonic is the most outgoing of the group and she loves playing hard with the wand toys and sitting in laps.
Her lookalike Tails, is the most shy out of the litter and she takes a lot of time to warm up and is afraid of loud noises and sudden movements. She is still sweet would do best in a quiet home with another cat as cat friends make her more comfortable.
Knuckles used to be in our Exotics room with her sisters but she would hide all the time so we moved her into our quiet playroom with other easygoing cats and she has become so playful and curious! she loves toys and being pet. We think Knuckles would also do best in a home with another cat.

Meet Trill ! This sweet, shy girl was brought to us after being found in a car engine where she suffered a burn to her arm which left a scar. She can be a little shy at first, but when she warms up to you she is so clingy and likes to sit on laps and shoulders!

NATCAT is hosting a Knot Blanket Crafting Workshop December 13th and 14th to make blankets for our shelter cats! Space is limited so if you would like to reserve your spot in advance you can call us BEFORE DECEMBER 7th at (949)650-1232 or visit us in person Tuesday-Saturday from 12-3! This would be a great event for families, students looking for volunteer hours/opportunities, and cat lovers! The attendance fee is $5 per person and fleece blanket donations are still being taken. We will be serving hot chocolate after our blanket event. We hope to see all of you there!

Sonic is our cat of the week! She came to the shelter with her 3 sisters Tails, Knuckles, and Blaze. She is about 9 months old and she is a silver tabby. Her shiny coat sparkles in the sun and she loves playing with wand toys. She is curious and good with other cats. She can take some time to warm up, but when she's comfortable with you she loves sitting in your lap and being pet. You can meet her and her sister Tails in our exotics room and you can meet Knuckles in our playroom Tuesday-Saturday from 12-3. ❤️🐈‍⬛🐈

Meet our Three's Company litter! These three kittens are about 3 months old. Their names are Jack (mostly black tuxedo), Janet (tuxedo with black marks on face), and Chrissy (grey and white tuxedo). They are all siblings and love rough housing with eachother. They love wand toys and being pet. They should be adoptable in about a month when they are all spayed and neutered but if you would like to come in and get to know them we are open Tuesday through Saturday from 12-3.

Meet Fiji ! Fostered by Jeni, this spunky girl knows what she likes and is not afraid to boss you around! She is very sweet and her sister Lava was recently adopted! She has a sweet, chill personality but can also be a little spicy and playful at times. She loves chasing wand toys and playing with her kitten friends. She enjoys being held but lets you know when she wants down. Fiji is a 6-7 month old grey/brown tabby female and is spayed, up to date on vaccines, as well as microchipped. Come in and meet her you may find your new best friend!
